Excavator chassis is a very complex system, in addition to the four-wheel belt, but also includes track frame, tightening device, mounting bolts, mounting brackets and other dozens of parts.

The four-wheel belt refers to the supporting wheel, the driving wheel, the guiding wheel, and the sprocket. One belt is the track. As the name suggests, the support wheel plays a supporting role and is located between the lower surface of the left/right beam of the chassis frame and the track. Depending on the tonnage of the excavator, there are usually 5-10 unilateral. The driving wheel plays the role of driving track, fixed on the walking motor, and the driving of the walking motor is transmitted to the track through the gear structure, usually there is one on each walking motor. The guide wheel acts as a guide track and is located at the opposite end of the drive wheel, usually each excavator has two. The sprocket supports the track, and according to the different tonnage of the excavator, there are usually 1-2 sprockets on one side.

Each part of the chassis of the excavator is indispensable, and the interaction of the components is controlled by the electronic system to give full play to their due effect.
